Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label(s). A courier will then be instructed to pick up your return at the delivery address on a date agreed by both parties. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable which means if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The United Kingdom shipping cost of returns is £20 for the first parcel and then £5 for every additional parcel for items of a combined weight up to 60kg.

For items which need to be return shipped on a pallet like racks, tracks or flooring the return rate is £59.00 per pallet.. 

The Northern Ireland shipping cost of returns are £40.00 for the first parcel and £10 for every additional parcel up to a combined weight of 60kg.

For items which need to be return shipped on a pallet like racks, tracks or flooring the return rate from northern Ireland is £110.00 per pallet.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges have to be requested within the 30 days.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, like custom products (such as special orders, customised items, or personalised items). Please get in touch at  if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please ensure you're 100% happy with the proposed customisation/personalisation before purchasing, as we will be unable to refund you or have the item returned once it has been modified.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
