What is a gym rack?

It's a metal frame with adjustable hooks in which a barbell is placed at an appropriate height for the user. 

When the user is in the correct position, they unrack the Barbell onto their shoulders and perform a squat.

The squat rack is not used for just squats, when used with a weight bench or our attachments they can be used for countless exercises.

Which is the best squat rack for me?

Squat Stands and the folding Rack are perfect if space is an issue. The stand has a small footprint, and the folding folds tightly into the wall.

A power squat rack is a heavy duty squat rack built for barbell exercises like squats and bench presses. The power racks or power cages have web catchers or spotter safety bars, allowing you to safely perform powerlifting moves on your own. 

The Modular Rigs are for CrossFit boxes, commercial or shared home or garage gyms. That is because, in the rigs, each bay is a squat rack, so on an 8-bay rig, for example, eight athletes can train simultaneously, performing squats, etc.

All of our accessories, like the jammer arms, spotter arms, landmines and dip bars, etc., are compatible with the Modular Rigs, racks and Power Cages.
