What is the difference between a Pull Up & a Chin Up?
There a a few different ways to grip the bar when doing a pull up or chin up.
An Over-hand Grip (pronated) - This is when your palms are facing away from you.
An Underhand Grip (supinated) - This is when your palms are facing you.
A Neutral Grip (Semi-supinated) - This is when you palms are facing each other.
The width of the grip is also a factor
Wide Grip - This is when you grip the bar wider than your shoulder width
Close Grip - This is when you grip the bar the same as or narrower than shoulder width.
