They can be positioned according to how your gym rig is placed, either wall mounted or free standing or you can use Doorway pull up bars for easy attachment and removal.

Multi Grip Bars for Pull Up and Chin Ups

What is the difference between a Pull Up & a Chin Up?

There a a few different ways to grip the bar when doing a pull up or chin up.

  • An Over-hand Grip (pronated) - This is when your palms are facing away from you.

  • An Underhand Grip (supinated) - This is when your palms are facing you.

  • A Neutral Grip (Semi-supinated) - This is when you palms are facing each other.

The width of the grip is also a factor

  • Wide Grip - This is when you grip the bar wider than your shoulder width

  • Close Grip - This is when you grip the bar the same as or narrower than shoulder width.

What Exercise Options are there with Pull Up Bars?
