A pull up bar or chin bar is a versatile piece of workout equipment primarily used for building upper body strength. With easy installation, suitable for home gyms and commercial gym facilities, it targets the different muscle groups of the arms, shoulders and back by lifting your own bodyweight. They can be positioned according to how your gym rig is placed, either wall mounted or free standing or you can use Doorway pull up bars for easy attachment and removal.

An Underhand Grip (supinated) - This is when your palms are facing you.
