Our weight vests are fully adjustable with removable 1kg cast iron weights which are easily inserted or removed from their indivdual pockets, allowing you to increase the weight as you gain power and strength.

Exercise vests or sometimes known as workout vests are great for adding resitance to a whole range different exercises, including - jogging, hiking, pull-ups, push-ups, pull ups, chin ups, triceps dips, squats and lunges.
