Measure your bench space

The Heavy Duty Adjustable Bench is listed at 143cm long and 60cm wide, with a 43cm seat height. The Adjustable Incline Decline Weight Bench is 155cm long and 57cm wide, with a 45cm seat height. Allow working space beyond these dimensions and check how the bench fits between your rack uprights.

Flat or adjustable?
