Pink Olympic Technique Bar is a specialized product made of high quality aluminum covered with hardened chrome.

The Bar weighs 8 kg and is 183cm in length with a diameter of 28 mm. Its has a maximum load of 68 kg which allows to develop technical training of the whole body.

This weight lifting bar compatible with 50mm (2") Olympic weight or bumper plates.

Why do I need such a barbell?

Working on your technique especially as a beginner is extremely important! Building on well developed foundations will help you achieve more going forward and significantly reduces the risk of injury.

The barbell is created for training techniques and because of its reduced weight it is also recommended for older people and teenagers.

We ship our orders through DX Parcel, DX 2 Man Delivery or on a Pallet through UPN(United Pallet Network) depending on the size of your order. Smaller items such as Resistance bands are sent with Royal Mail.

Shipping on the flooring products is FREE if you spend £250+ across the store. Under £250 spend there is a £39 pallet rate. (Exclusions apply)

PALLET DELIVERY

All deliveries are kerbside, it will be your responsibility to remove the items from the pallet on arrival and dispose of the pallet. You will be contacted by UPN to book in your delivery on a weekday thats convenient for you.

Please be aware that failed pallet or 2-man deliveries may result in additional charges.
