The Hex Barbell has a skeletal, stainless steel frame with 2 parallel grips which makes it easier to perform shrugs and deadlifts.

During training, the user can easily change the position of his grip by turning the bar to the other side

Beginners have the opportunity to concentrate on the range of motion assisting them in honing their skills safely.

The grip area has a medium knurling to prevent any unwanted hand movements or slipping during exercise, this increases safety and overall comfort when training.

This weight lifting bar is compatible with 50mm (2") Olympic weight or bumper plates.

We ship our orders through DX Parcel, DX 2 Man Delivery or on a Pallet through UPN(United Pallet Network) depending on the size of your order. Smaller items such as Resistance bands are sent with Royal Mail.

Shipping on the flooring products is FREE if you spend £250+ across the store. Under £250 spend there is a £39 pallet rate. (Exclusions apply)

PALLET DELIVERY

All deliveries are kerbside, it will be your responsibility to remove the items from the pallet on arrival and dispose of the pallet. You will be contacted by UPN to book in your delivery on a weekday thats convenient for you.

Please be aware that failed pallet or 2-man deliveries may result in additional charges.
