Choose your gym flooring format

• Rubber mats: individual tiles let you plan a lifting area or cover a complete room. Our PRO range includes 11mm, 15mm, 20mm, 30mm and 43mm options.
• Interlocking mats: compare the connection system, surface finish and tile dimensions for the area you want to cover.
• Rubber rolls: compare roll widths, lengths and thicknesses when planning larger continuous floor areas.

Thickness alone does not establish suitability for a particular lift, impact or subfloor. Compare the selected product's construction and installation guidance, and ask us to help match the flooring to your equipment if you are unsure.

How much gym flooring do I need?

For a rectangular room, multiply its length by its width in metres to calculate square metres. A 4m x 3m room is 12m², equivalent to twelve 1m x 1m mats before trimming. Plan the tile layout around doorways, columns and corners; cuts and irregular shapes can increase the quantity required. Check other products individually because tile and roll sizes differ.

Plan fitting, finish and maintenance

Confirm your subfloor condition, fixing method and any edging requirements before ordering. Check suitability for outdoor use or underfloor heating against the chosen product rather than assuming it applies to every rubber floor.
