Sprung 20mm Gym Floor Mats have a non-slip surface and an attractive bevelled edge. The top-layer is also Abrasion, Flameproof and Height Drop tested.  Constructed from low VOC non-toxic recycled SBR rubber, our tiles are a safe and eco-friendly gym floor solution.

Our PRO Interlocking mat incorporates all the features of our top-selling 20mm Sprung Pro mat, plus an integrated self-locking system with concealed connectors. Each tile is securely linked using robust plastic binders that fit into connection points on the base.

Invisible once installed, our  interlocking mats deliver a smooth and exceptionally stable surface finish. This not only enhances the seamless appearance but also improves the vibrant color and quality of the premium rubber. Ideal for when your part flooring your space.

What Thickness is best for Gym Flooring?

• 11mm - 11mm is ideal for your stationary equipment like your spin or air bike, rowing machine, or treadmill and has a free weight workout drop limit of 100kg.
• 15mm - 15mm Gym flooring mats are great for functional fitness activities and have a free weight workout drop limit of 110kg.
• 20mm - Our most popular Gym Mat. It has a free weight drop limit of 140kg. 
• 30mm - 30mm Gym Mats have a free weight drop limit of 200kg, ideal for Cross fit.
• 43mm - 43mm Gym Flooring has a workout drop limit of 300kg! These bad boys are ideal for powerlifting and Olympic weight training.

We aim to dispatch and deliver all in stock items within 2-10 working days depending on your location within the UK.

DELIVERY & TRACKING

We ship our orders through DX Parcel, DX 2 Man Delivery or on a Pallet through UPN(United Pallet Network) depending on the size of your order. Smaller items such as Resistance bands are sent with Royal Mail.

Shipping on all Equipment is FREE. (Exclusions apply) .

Shipping on the flooring products is FREE if you spend £250+ across the store. Under £250 spend there is a £39 pallet rate. (Exclusions apply)

PALLET DELIVERY

All deliveries are kerbside, it will be your responsibility to remove the items from the pallet on arrival and dispose of the pallet. You will be contacted by UPN to book in your delivery on a weekday thats convenient for you.

Please be aware that failed pallet or 2-man deliveries may result in additional charges.
