Gym Racks

Compare gym racks, power racks, folding squat racks and modular rigs for home, garage and commercial training spaces. Choose a frame around your available ceiling height, floor space and planned exercises, then check its mounting and accessory requirements.

Which type of gym rack suits your space?

  • Power racks provide a frame for barbell training. Compare the included J hooks, safety equipment and pull-up options for each model.
  • Folding squat racks fold towards the wall between sessions. Allow working space for the barbell, plates and user, and confirm wall and fixing suitability before installation.
  • Modular rigs let you plan multiple training stations. Compare the complete configuration and dimensions rather than the upright alone.

Compare rack dimensions

Dimensions listed for selected rack models
Model Height Width x depth
PRO Power Rack 238cm 123cm x 123cm
PRO Compact Power Rack 238cm 123cm x 67.5cm
PRO Garage Power Rack Compact 210cm 123cm x 67.5cm
Foldable Squat Rack 230cm 123cm x 61cm

These are the listed frame dimensions, not the total exercise area or folded dimensions. Allow additional clearance for barbell ends, loading plates, pull-ups, benches and attachments. Adding a wing or other accessory can change the overall height or footprint.

Check rack and attachment compatibility

Before choosing rack accessories, compare upright size, hole diameter, hole spacing and the attachment's stated compatible models. Do not assume that every accessory fits every rack. Follow the product's installation instructions and check which safety equipment and fixings are included.
