The Proud Squat Stand is made from Heavy Duty powder coated steel. Its robust construction has excellent stabilty and can hold weights of up to 600kg giving you piece of mind in even the most challenging of sessions.
The Squat Stand has 39 slots allowing you to set it to your most comfortable height depending on what exercise or muscle group you are working on. The free standing squat rack are easy and safe to use so your focus can be on your technique and subsequent repetitions.
These Barbell Stands have wheels on the bottom for ease of moving them around.
